New Bern's only gated boating and golf resort community has almost everything. It is a 15-minute drive from New Bern, located across the Neuse River off Highway 55 and 6 miles down Broad Creek Road. Comprising 3,000 acres, it is a resort development featuring a canal system that allows homeowners to dock behind their houses or in one of their three marinas. It has time-shares that brought many New Bernians here for the first time.
